Order preparation

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 3–5 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Pre-orders and customized items follow the dispatch schedule indicated on the product page.

Delivery

United States — UPS Ground, with estimated delivery within 3–5 business days of dispatch.

International — DHL Express Worldwide, with estimated delivery within 1–3 business days of dispatch. Transit times vary by destination; customs clearance may require additional time.

All delivery times are estimates and begin at dispatch, following the order preparation period.

Shipping rates

Complimentary shipping is available on US orders of $195 USD or more. A $10 USD shipping fee applies to orders below $195 USD.

International shipping rates and available services are displayed at checkout.

Duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes in the destination country. These charges are not collected at checkout. Payment may be requested by the carrier or local customs authority upon arrival.
